This 5,000-square-foot space features both a cozy interior and a scenic outdoor balcony. It’s ideal for weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.
Simple Booking and Transparent Pricing
To start, tours are available by appointment only. You can easily schedule a walkthrough using the venue’s contact form.
Next, booking is straightforward. The rate is $500 per hour, with no extra charge for setup or breakdown time. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Then, the final balance is due 3 to 5 days before your event. Since availability is first-come, first-served, it’s best to book early.
What’s Included in the Rental
With your rental, you’ll receive everything needed for a comfortable event. This includes tables, chairs, lounge furniture, water, soft drinks, and glassware. For linens, black table covers are available for a flat $100 fee.
In terms of capacity, The Loft can seat up to 120 guests or accommodate up to 300 standing. Additionally, the venue offers a TV with HDMI and USB, a music system, and a microphone with a speaker for speeches or announcements.
Food and Bar Packages
When it comes to food, options are flexible. You can choose from buffet-style service or a plated, seated dinner. Buffets are self-serve and restocked as needed, while seated meals are served course by course with pre-selected menus.
As for drinks, there are three bar choices: a prepaid package per guest, a host-paid tab, or a guest-paid cash bar. Each includes a variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks. Coffee and tea can also be added by request.
Know Before You Book
It’s important to note that the venue is not handicap accessible and does not have an elevator. Additionally, events affiliated with Greek life are not allowed. Items like glitter, fireworks, and animals are also prohibited.
If you plan to use outside catering, there is a $100/hour fee. However, the caterer must provide all supplies, staff, and equipment, as The Loft does not support or supervise outside food.
