The Reception Center: Classic Elegance
The Reception Center, the flagship venue of Oak Lodge, continues to captivate with its timeless charm. This space features original brick pavers and Tiffany-style chandeliers that create a warm, inviting ambiance. A large copper and oak bar adds character, while the spacious oak dance floor and prominent stage set the stage for lively gatherings. Additionally, the Reception Center includes a large outdoor patio and gazebo surrounded by lush greenery, offering a picturesque setting for both ceremonies and receptions.
The Bienville Room: A Touch of French Elegance
The Bienville Room combines historical French Louisiana themes with modern elegance. This room is adorned with multiple large chandeliers, a copper bar, and exquisite décor. The wrought iron staircase, three sets of eight-foot French doors, and spacious courtyard patios enhance the New Orleans ambience. Ideal for both intimate and grand events, the Bienville Room provides a sophisticated atmosphere perfect for any occasion.

Characterized by its wide-open floor plan, the Orleans Room features brick walls, oak flooring, and New Orleans-style lighting. This versatile space is perfect for a variety of events, from corporate seminars to birthday celebrations. Equipped with a 110” screen and mounted projector, the Orleans Room supports presentations and slide shows. The recently added architecturally designed French doors open to a newly constructed covered patio area, blending indoor and outdoor experiences seamlessly.
